A sophomore at Brown University, Ben is headed towards a major in philosophy and has the best grip of any of the members of The Philosophers’ Club on the world’s long and honorable history of formal philosophical debate–at the moment Ben is most drawn to the works of German philosophers from Immanuel Kant to Martin Heidegger. It was Heidegger who said, among other things “The most thought-provoking thing in our thought-provoking time is that we are still not thinking.” The Philosophers’ Club is trying to correct that.
